The Transfer Window Now Open
Today was the first day of the transfer window and it didn't fail to surprise us. It started with a bidding war between joey2006efc and Lankey Jay over Agbonlahor who ended up going to Lankey Jay for 7.5 million. Then another one began between paul9125 and jakerobbo92 over Ashley Young who went to paul9125 for 11.5 million. The lowest transfer of the day was Lunty Lads capture of David Odonkor for 700k while DannyDunn91 Purchased Fernando Torres for 16 million.
Who do you think was the best buy? and who do you think was the worst?

Re: The Transfer Window Now Open
Being honest i thought Odonkor was a surpirse first transfer for Lunty Lad and I have a feeling Defoe could be a very good buy

Re: The Transfer Window Now Open
Personally i think reverand groovy got the capture of the day with Cordoba meanwhile Odonkor was a shock to us all but i think Paul9125s way over the value price for ashley young pipped it for me but he could turn out to be a top buy.

I have to admit I have paid well over Young's worth but he is good and hopefully will be worth it.

Re: The Transfer Window Now Open
I was talking to Lunty Lad Before and he said he was in the market for an attacking mid. He's meant to be after doncasters centre attacking mid genius brian stock. Lunty Lad said he was a keen admirer of Stocks creativity, vision and tactical awareness.

Re: The Transfer Window Now Open
Danny Dunn has whipped his fuckin calculator out to be mathematically precise about which players he can sign - he has drawn up shortlsts of every player he wants to buy, formations, tacticxs and even enemies of people who might sign his player. The tit.

am afraid to announce that frasil secretly plans to make a 24million bid for Lucas tomorrow at 5:01 , apparantly it will boost his chances of winning the league? just a rumour.
